No. There's no deposit and nothing to pay upfront — you only pay once the work is done and you're happy with it.
Yes — book 2 rooms and your 3rd room is free (the cheapest room, one per booking, when you request your quote online). It's all worked out automatically when you build your quote.

It depends on how many rooms and how heavily soiled they are, but a normal-sized job is usually done in an hour or two at most. We'll give you a good idea of timing when you book.
Most carpets are touch-dry within a few hours and fully dry in around 4–6 hours, depending on the weather and how much heating is on. Opening a window or popping the heating on speeds it up, and you can walk on them carefully once they're touch-dry.
Yes — we move everything we safely can, including sofas, beds, and side and coffee tables. Very heavy or awkward pieces like wardrobes (and sometimes large TV units) we clean around and leave in place, but anything that can be moved safely, we'll move for you.
Not much — a quick hoover and clearing away any small bits and pieces on the floor is plenty. If you can keep a parking space free near the door that's a big help, as we bring our equipment in from the van.
Yes. We use professional cleaning solutions and the carpets are safe for children and pets to use again once they're dry. If anyone in the home has allergies or sensitivities, just tell us and we'll take extra care.

We use a professional Prochem hot-water extraction system — the same kit the industry trusts — which deep-cleans and rinses the fibres rather than just going over the surface. It lifts dirt from deep down and leaves carpets fresh, not soaked.
Some stains are permanent — old, set-in or bleach marks especially — and we'll never promise the impossible. We'll tell you honestly what we think we can shift before we start, so there are no surprises. Send a photo first and we'll give you our honest opinion.

Never. We won't ask for card details, ID or any payment over the phone or by message — you simply pay after the job is done. If anyone claiming to be us ever asks for that, it isn't us.
