Commercial case studies
Four real jobs, told straight — every photo on this page is our own work, on real business premises. No stock photos, no borrowed results.
The grand ballroom at the Hilton on Park Lane
The Hilton on Park Lane is one of London's landmark five-star hotels, and its grand ballroom is one of the capital's best-known event spaces — the kind of room where presentation isn't negotiable. We were entrusted with cleaning the ballroom's carpet, one of the largest single carpets we've worked on.
A space like this earns its keep hosting galas, dinners and conferences week after week, and the carpet takes everything that comes with that. Our job was to bring it back to the standard the room demands, using the same professional hot-water extraction and Prochem products we use on every job — just at a very different scale.
It's the job we're proudest of, and the reason we say with confidence: if our work is good enough for Park Lane, it's good enough for any premises in Watford.
A flood-damaged office carpet, brought back
Water damage is one of the hardest things that can happen to a commercial carpet — and one of the most expensive to get wrong, because the usual answer is "rip it out and replace it". This office came to us after flooding had left the carpet soaked, stained and, frankly, written off in most people's eyes.
Instead of replacement, we restored it: extracting the contamination, deep-cleaning the fibre and drying it properly. Drag the slider below to see the difference — the carpet stayed, and the business avoided the cost and disruption of refitting the floor.

A restaurant hard floor, half-and-half
Restaurant floors take a nightly beating — food, grease, foot traffic and cleaning shortcuts that slowly build into a layer of grime the mop just pushes around. This restaurant's hard floor had reached that point.
The middle photo is the one that tells the story: taken mid-job, with the cleaned half against the uncleaned half. That line isn't a filter or a trick — it's what a proper deep clean lifts out of a floor that "looked clean enough" before we started.
A gym floor in Watford
Gym floors work as hard as any surface in any business — sweat, chalk, rubber scuffs and hundreds of trainers a day. We deep-cleaned and refreshed the floor at Graftism in Watford (the gym now trades as Gritness), right here on our home turf.
Local business to local business: this is the same job we can do for any gym, studio or leisure space in the area.
